Returns
Bella Bustiere accepts returns for items purchased online for exchange or refund within 30days of purchase on all items other than FINAL SALE.
Please include the following in your return;
- Copy of invoice or order confirmation
- Garments to be unworn and in original packaging
- Original tags to be attached to garment or included in the return
How to return – Within Australia
- Contact Bella Bustiere via email at kate@bellabustiere.com.au and notify us of your reason for return or exchange
- Purchase a prepaid satchel from your local post office and remember to keep the receipt
- Post the following thing back to Bella Bustiere
- Items to be returned
- Copy of the Invoice or order confirmation
- Prepaid satchel receipt
- Keep the tracking number from the satchel for your reference
When your return is received
- Bella Bustiere will exchange or refund your order
- Bella Bustiere will reimburse the cost of the return on all full priced purchases for return only. No reimbursement of freight will be offered on exchanged goods.
- Refunds will be via credit card ccount that used on original purchase.
- Bella Bustiere takes no responsibility for returns lost in transit so please keep hold of your satchel tracking number.
How to return – International
- Bella Bustiere do not offer free international returns or exchange. Shipping cost for returns and exchanges will not be covered by Bella Bustiere.
- Contact Bella Bustiere via email at sales@bellabustiere.com.au and notify us of your reason for return or exchange.
- Post the following thing back to Bella Bustiere
- Items to be returned
- Copy of the Invoice or order confirmation
- Keep the tracking number from the satchel for your reference.
- Bella Bustiere takes no responsibility for returns lost in transit so please keep hold of your valid international satchel tracking number.
- Please indicate on the package that the items are “for exchange” to avoid risk of attracting additional customs duties and taxes.

Refunds
If an item ordered is out of stock we will credit you the item and the shipping costs.
Your credit card or Paypal account will be credited upon receipt of the return.
You will be notified via email of your refund.
